How booking works
- Tell us about the journey. Where and when, the patient's mobility and medical needs, and who's paying. Add a discharge letter or care plan if you have one.
- We send you a quote. We'll suggest the right vehicle and crew for the patient and email you when the quote is ready.
- Accept it online. Your journey is confirmed once you accept. We'll ask for a deposit, then the full payment.
- Everything in one place. Your invoices and a short note after the journey appear in your account. Need the same journey again? Copy it in one click.
