How booking works

  1. Tell us about your event. Fill in our event booking form online: dates, site, who's attending, any risks, and any cover you already know you need. Add route maps or site plans if you have them.
  2. We risk-assess it and send a quote. Our event operations team suggests a safe level of cover based on industry guidance, event histories and years of experience.
  3. Accept the quote online. Or decline it, or contact us to talk through the suggested cover. We won't confirm a booking until we've both agreed a safe level of cover.
  4. Everything in one place. Your invoices, event briefing and our summary after the event all appear in your account.
